The Flair Palette features a collection of rich/beautiful colors that are sure to stir your creative juices. It consists of 15 colors that can be used to create a variety of looks. Each color has been carefully milled and pressed to provide the easiest application and the most excellent color payoff.

 Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Fluffier brushes are great for blending. Use a small angled brush to line the eyes.
